TRYING TO MAKE SOME SENSE

I started the month OK, then it went nothing short than great, only to finish in practical disaster!

Analyzing performance and food, we can see that the apex of performance was on MONDAY 2/22/2016, when my notes stated:

“Casually touched myself and instantly achieved a hard erection, and my libido level is though the roof.”

and this was after having sex 6 times in 4.5 days! 2/17 – 2/21

back then the protocol was:

  • 6 x OMEGA-3 (2×3) / 2 x ZMA / D3 / 4 x B3 (Niacin)  / 6 x L-Arginine (2×3) / Pine Bark Extract
  • Carrot / pepper / tomato / garlic / arugula / celery / pineapple / spinach / avocado / apples / peppers

  • Avocado / asparagus
  • 2 pomegranate juice / 1 cranberry juice

  • >3,000 cal, 150-170 P, ~100 F

It is pretty clear that adding L-Citruline, Vitamin C, Folic Acid, L-Carnitine killed my libido.
