DETAILED HISTORY

    EXPERIMENT: continue with baseline through Wednesday for the Big Date, and then started on Thursday I will increase the Saturated Fats and the Protein, but not the total fat or total calories.
    HUNCH: is best to have “calories from P” > “calories from F” ?  Analyzing past data of the Golden Days of the first half of February the hunch seems to be invalid. During those days, and the days leading to the Golden Days, calories from Fat were consistently > calories from Protein.  However high Fat is responsible for my ED.
    ANALYSIS 1: Looked at possible correlation and/or causation between the ratio of F/P and kCal(F)/kCal(P) between the Golden Days and the present good Baseline days and no correlation/causation appears.
    ANALYSIS 2: the causation/correlation that is clear is the supplements & special foods:
    * Golden Days 1: O3+ZMA only
    * Golden Days 2: were followed by BAD DAYS/BAD PERIOD, and I had recently doubled up on O3/ZMA, and added B3, PBE, LA, C, F, H.
    – HUNCH: some of those measured (double up on O3/ZMA, and added B3, PBE, LA, C, F, H) might be positives. Need to test it scientifically with of 2-weeks  test periods: baseline -> add -> remove -> add again.
    – 11 AM – Weight training at the gym
