    – 11 PM: DEAD. I’ve got libido, but I am dead between my legs. I ahve even tried to fired up some porn and apply a lot of direct stimulation and very little is happening, nothing workable. WEIRD.

    – MW: NOT MUCH. Feeling pretty dead. With some casual direct stimulation I feel something but not much.

    – ITALIAN DIET (since 4/28):

    * 7:00 PM dinner: chicken
    – 11:15 AM. This really sucks!  I don’t feel anything, it’s like dead.  I have run some reports and trying to figure out what I was doing right when I felt like a teen ager, and why did I change?  See end of march / Beginning of April.
    My diet back then was 80-100 gr of Fat, 180-200 gr of Protein and 250-400 gr of Carbs, with 2,500-3,000 target for daily calories.  I do remember I was also trying to balance every meal for the same ratio. And now, looking in retrospect, it makes sense.
    So I am going to go back to that, it worked so well that girlfriend had BSE (Best Sex Ever):
    Since 5/17: 2,500-3,000 cal, 250-400 C, 80-100 F, 180-200 P.  (4C/2P/1F)
    – 2:00 PM. Still no life. About to have lunch #2. I’ll try to get an erection later on.
    – 5:00 PM. I am able to achieve a workable erection with direct stimulation and porn.
    – 9 PM. Not much going on. I have libido but no easy erection. If I apply direct stimulation I achieve an erection but not sure if it’s workable and whether it will lead to lost erection; but I am engorged and feels good.
    – 10 PM. Sexting with gf. Little by little things are better. Engorged and easy erections, I wish I had my BIG DATE!
    – I feel that the 100 F 200 P and 400 C diet is working!

    – no workout

    – 4:00 PM. Driving back home things felt pretty dead, but I was engorged. So I decided to apply some direct stimulation (while driving) and I could feel things growing. I stopped.
    – 7:30 PM, after dinner, at home. Things felt pretty dead again. Again I was engorged so I fired up some porn and applied some direct stimulation and I was able to achieve a good workable erection. Gf will be home at 8:30, we’ll have sex than. I am sure I will be fine without “C” and it will be powerful with a grand finale and a big load.
    – 9:40 tried to have sex with GF. Nothing. Dead.
