    – ANALYSIS: I eat too much food. In my quest to maintain my protein intake and eat healthy foods, the quantity of food is barely manageable,  so between the quantity of food and the frequency of meals I am either always eating or always full which causes my insulin levels to spike constantly and that wrecks havoc with my entire endocrine system. The solution is to increase my fat intake (healthy fats) and some of the caloric-dense foods so that my meals are smaller and I actually get hungry (fasting, a good sign) in between meals.

    – 11:00 AM, not sure how I feel. It’s not “dead”, a bit engorged. I feel less libido than before having my breakfast, it seems that it’s always like that.
