IMPORTANT: I AM NOT A DOCTOR!
IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE!
I am not a doctor and the information contained in this blog does not constitute medical advice. Importantly, nothing in this blog should be taken to constitute medical or nutritional advice for treating any illness or disorder.
Any medical condition or disorder you might have should be dealt with under the supervision and advice of your doctor. The information in this blog is for informational purposes only and is only intended to provide one person’s perspective on my experience with E.D. (Erectile Dysfunction) and its relationship with the foods that I consume. It is not intended to provide medical instruction. Consult your doctor about medical issues.
This is my experience that I share for my own record, my accountability, and if you have any suggestions I am open to listen to anyone, whether you are a medical professional with a professional suggestion; or if you’re just a guy like me with a testimonial of what works for you and what doesn’t.
I am in no way associated with any of the web sites that I link, nor I am trying to sell anything. I am just a guy who is used to work hard to solve problems in life, and I refuse to sit and do nothing. I do believe that we as a society eat badly, and while I’ve been trying to eat healthy, I too have fallen victim of bad information and misinformation.
I believe that bad nutrition has lead me to my Erectile Dysfunction, and I want to fix it with better nutrition habits, better food.
I suffer from ED (erectile dysfunction), not an easy topic to talk about; but it’s a problem, a problem looking for a solution.
Sure there are ED drugs out there, but at times they don’t work. I think that today’s diet is the major culprit of the epidemic of ED.
You don’t have to be an expert in how the pharmaceutical industry works, and how research is funded, to understand that there’s little or no interest in researching ways to treat, or – better – prevent ED with a proper diet. If anything, Big Pharma is going to discourage or even sabotage any such research attempts
This is my attempt to shed some light into the matter, documenting my journey, and creating a central repository for my findings.
I am not a doctor, nor a scientist. I am just a guy looking for a solution to a problem.
My ED case is weird, it comes and goes in a way, some days are better than others, at times I am able to perform twice in a row, evening and morning; at times it takes 4-5 day of nothingness before being able to even attempt at performance.
Less than 12 months ago I was able to perform twice a day, every day, for weeks at a time without interruptions.
I believe that the culprit of it all is my diet. A few years ago I started working out and changed my diet completely, from a pseudo-vegetarian with lots of fruits and vegetables but also a lot of bad carbs to a high-protein low cabs and few vegetable diet. Looking back that’s when my performance started to slowly decline.
This is a list of resources that I find to help cure, or at least alleviate Erectile Dysfunction:

- “Several studies concluded that diets low in fat (under 15% of total calories) significantly decreased testosterone levels while diets higher in fat (above 30% of total calories) increased serum testosterone levels.”
